Is it me or did April just fly by? So many wonderful celebrations are in April, like my husband's birthday, our wedding anniversary, my first niece's birthday and Easter Sunday! Warmer weather means more meet up with friends and families and a fuller social calendar. My blog has suffered because of it, I will get better at balancing both I promise. 😘
We celebrated his birthday with a fun day in the city which included a visit to One World Observatory. Tons of fun with gorgeous panoramic views of all five boroughs, absolutely breathtaking! We shared two glasses of Presecco at their One Dine Restaurant and hit the streets again in search for some dinner. A perfect day indeed! He was impressed and felt as special as he makes me feel every day.❤️ For our anniversary, he surprised me at my office with flowers and swept me away to dinner and two second row tickets to see Broadway's brand new musical Amélie! My heart swelled. Amélie is one of my favorite movies so when I heard they made it into a musical I knew I had to go. It was AMAZING! Phillipa Soo plays the lead, she is totally adorable as Amélie and the cast is brimming with talent and energy. If you are in the city and interested in seeing something new, check it out!
Goodbye April, can't wait to see what May has in store! Definitely want to spend a day getting lost in Cold Springs, NY...so wait for it.
